"Really cute old hotel about 20 minute walk from city center and the main sights. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Our room was so beautiful and vintage and classic Italian! However the cleanliness could have been better. There were some ants in the bathroom and lots of dust on the fixtures. A bit of mold/hard water build up in a few places in the bathroom too. Not terrible, and it’s a good place to stay for a short visit"

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "Initial communication with Yassin was great. Unfortunately the property did not provide us with the specific address. It should have been 34M; our taxi driver dropped us way up the hill. I tried to call got no answer. Checked the Expedia post and it only said 34. When we finally arrived Yassin was definitely in a rush to leave. The room itself has huge potential however is VERY poorly maintained. Extremely dusty and evidence of mold. There were also Cobb webs hanging from the walls and ceiling....

"The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay."

"The staff were outstanding. Got there 2 hours early to drop our cases and the receptionist found a room so we were able to check in early. Very good location, quiet but close to centre and breakfast was amazing. Lovely touch having a coffee machine in our large and airy room. Bathroom products smelt wonderful, apparently they are specially made for the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."
