We loved the neighborhood feel and soaring ceilings for an authentice Florence stay with all the modern ammenities. "Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"Enjoyed the area. Close enough to get to the river and across (8 blocks) and was glad to get out of all the chaos back to an area with a neighborhood feel. Second bathroom was quite small ( shower toilet all in same room ). "

"The room definitely had old world Italian feel being across the street from the actual Pitti Palace. The room was clean and well equipped. Our room had a balcony overlooking the palace court and main gate. Location was perfect to walk to all landmarks and amazing restaurants not to mention gelato!!"

"The staff are exceptional-all of them. They helped us with tickets and brought me tea and cookies one night when I was sick. The breakfast staff is so personable, kind, and attentive. The cleaning staff are impeccably efficient and energetic and have a wonderful sense of humor. We see the same people every year and they remember us. Thank you all!"
