"the pool and spa were excellent!!"

" I was a return customer because our first stay was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the property felt quite weathered and several basic cooking utensils were missing. After advising management, only a new pot and a used wooden spoon were supplied. There was no chopping board, no can opener, no kitchen knife, and only one small pot without a lid. In addition, the clothes hanging rod in the wardrobe was poorly secured and came out of its mounting during use. One positive outcome was that we received one night’s complimentary parking in return for the inconvenience."

"The rooms, bar, and common areas were very clean and the staff was friendly. My only concern was the very dark hallways within the building. I'm sure there was security and it was meant to portray a modern industrial feel, however, traveling alone as a woman, I didn't feel overly comfortable walking through the halls at night."

"We stayed at Quest St Kilda for almost a week and it was a solid, no-frills option in a great location. The property is basic but clean, and the tram station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The reception and cleaning staff were nice. While there aren't a lot of amenities, the small gym and laundry room was convenient for a longer stay like ours. The rooms aren't huge and can feel a little tight with two people, but for the location and the affordability compared to other options in the area, it's hard to complain. Overall, a decent and practical choice if you're after a clean, well-located base without the bells and whistles."
