"We like to book random hotels for the night to just get away. This was not a successful getaway. You can see the age in the hotel but everything was mostly clean. We could not get the WIFI to work the entire stay. We typically watch Netflix during our stay and had to use our own hotspot (which completely wiped out 10gb by the end of the night.) Pool area was cold, also no towels were provided in the pool area. Although it was not the hotels fault, another guest grabbed our towel which had my son’s phone and room card in it. The phone fell out and the screen was cracked, key card fell to the ground and the guest walked away without even acknowledging what happened. This made my kids want to leave and they did not return to the pool which was our whole reason for coming. The shower head looked like it had never been cleaned, rust stains in the tub and the toliet looks like it has permenant poo in it. Not a quiet hotel.. people outside the window, running up and down halls and slamming doors all night. Multiple items behind the TV stand, hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Crayon coloring in the drawer. Wasn’t horrible but won’t be returning. Only paid $91 for the night, got what I paid for."
