"It was heavily raining when we reached the hotel. The main gate was locked. The hotel staff took so long to open the gate for us to get in. We got drenched completely by the time they opened the gate. When we got into the room after the registration, horrified to see the room full of cockroaches all over. "Filthy mattress & sheets. They didn't even bother to clean the room and change the sheets/pillow cases. Everything smelled really bad with lots of stains. I had to ask them to change the sheets. When they changed the sheets, I saw the mattress is filthy & with lot of stains as well. Bathroom was equally filthy - with cockroaches and leaky taps.
