"Hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was perfect. I have stayed in many hotels throughout Europe and there is always something to complain about but staying here, i can see why the reviews are consistently positive. "We liked the location. Near to the bus station and Metro station. From the airport catch the 191 bus right outside the terminal and get off at the bus station (cost around £1.40 one way). A 3-minute walk to the hotel and you are there. Walk into town over the river or catch a tram or underground. We mostly walked the 30 minutes or so into the old town. Basic hotel with a good breakfast and 24 hour front desk."

"There was no one at the property to check me in. I spent an hour calling the hotel finally someone picked up and gave me instructions to enter. I chose this place because they advertised a Spa... The man on the phone said it is not working. So I went to another hotel in the area that had a spa. Avoid this place as there are many other better accommodations in Prague"
