I have stayed in many hotels throughout Europe and there is always something to complain about but staying here, i can see why the reviews are consistently positive. "This is the fourth time in two years that I come to Prague and choose to stay at Andel Apartment, always with a smile at the reception, very helpful. The choice of the place because of the convenient location, a bit far from the noisy tourist center, but very accessible to metro lines, and public transportation, and those who prefer walking to the center are very comfortable, refreshing, safe and nice to feel like a local for a short time. "Check in at 2pm, 4th floor, digital safe, sloping roof, clean bathroom and bed, shower had very little power, toiletries provided. Breakfast as always was amazing, fried, cooked, continental, plenty of choice and good value, the only downside to breakfast is a lack of seats if the hotel is full and everyone arrives same time. The hotel could do with another lick of paint and a bit of refurbishing, plus it is no longer an all night reception, I think it closes at 8pm or 9pm. Transport links are...

"I loved my room at Akcent Hotel! I had beautiful views from my corner room’s floor to ceiling windows and balcony. My bedding was very comfortable and clean and rain shower head felt like a spa day. There is lots of public transportation options just outside the hotel and the area attracts homeless individuals. However the hotel staff ensured me the building is safe and is only accessible by key cards after office hours. I never felt in danger while at the hotel."
