The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "Great service, room was clean everyday, the breakfast was also great, but I think the rooms need a little bit of updating, since we stayed a week, we did not have enough places put our stuff (no chest of drawers, the room was big enough to contain one), no iron, etc. We kept having trouble with our Keycards that de-programmed every other day, and even when re-programmed one opened, the other didn't."

"This hotel is located in a Spanish colonial building that served as a boarding house for newly arrived Spaniards coming to Nueva Espana in the 1700s. Our room had 15' high ceilings and huge windows overlooking the street below. The bathroom was larger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in! While the amenities are very basic (weak wifi, old keys, flat pillows), the experience of staying in such a classic building outweighed any negatives. In addition, the price was very good. Highly recommended...
