"The staff was fabulous, very friendly. House maintenance was spot on. We really enjoyed our days stay. The only issue that I have, we wanted a walk in shower. Being in our 70's were not a good idea to be jumping into and out of a bathtub. Otherwise, we loved our accommodations. We thank you all that you're done to make our visit enjoyable. "Fabulous! First, we were welcomed by a beautiful sign for the whole family. Then a delicious charcuterie board was delivered! The house is beautiful with the most comfortable beds! It rained for 2 days and the kids spent all the time in the pool as it was covered. There were great pool toys there and a big float the kids loved. We loved sitting around the pool with all the comfortable seating. The house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the bunk bedroom and game room too! Great sitting areas for the whole family. We had a chef come in one night for my big birthday celebration and it was perfect. We all loved the house, and everyone wants to go back.Maghen was a great communicator. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. She told us that she had plenty of baby stuff for our 3-month-old. And she sure did! The house had everything you could ask for. It is so comfortable and perfect for families to be together.We went to the Jacksonville Zoo which is so close one day and it was so fun. I highly recommend this house for any gathering. Maghen was a joy to work with-we had to add an extra day due to our flight cancellation, and she was so accommodating and helpful. It was truly a magical weekend for me and my family. "
