Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive

"Overall, the experience was amazing. Great staff mostly, good rooms, good food, and lots of activities and options. There were mostly positives, with just a few notable annoyances. It was good, but a few things felt like cultural differences or outright disrespect. Positives: We arrived late, and check-in was not overly complicated. The staff were helpful. De Leon showed us around and was very thorough. He welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. Our cleaning staff was good, changed sheets, and always brought clean towels. The pool concierge was friendly and Lennot was always good to see and very accommodating. Our butler Edwardo was absolutely amazing. Very helpful, always checked in on us, and responded fast to the few things we asked about. He really made sure we were taken care of and got things scheduled and worked out for us. The buffet options were good. The steakhouse and sushi both had great food. Coffee show was decent. All the bars had good options. Negatives: Sometimes things were not right to order. With the cabana, we didn’t get exactly what was listed, and when we brought it up, the server smiled and shook his head, which felt condescending. It would be good for them to have a checklists. Room service orders were sometimes wrong. At the sushi place, the food was great and our server Eliomar was very nice. However, the manager, J. Poche, was rude and practically forced us to write a review at the end of the meal. That was disrespectful."

"Staff were great and friendly, lots of amenities for children. Constantino was great. The food was inconsistent at times especially the restaurants, one meal tasted completely different at the same restaurant two different nights, also some nights it would be good then others literally 3 hours to get our dinner. The buffet could use more variety especially for the fresh food. No basics for kids like Mac and cheese and chicken tenders. Lastly the beach was basically unusable because the sargassum, should be more effort to remove/prevent it. Crazy that My home beach in NY looks clearer than the Caribbean"

"Amazing experience! I will definitely be coming back next year. I met so many wonderful people and I’m leaving with amazing memories that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. It sucks that the trip had to come to an end, but at the end of the day, if it hurts to see something end, it’s because you had such an incredible time. The location isn’t too bad either. There are golf carts that can take you to the beach, or you can be like us and simply walk through the boulevard. The service was great, and the Dominican people are absolutely amazing! The only small issue I had was that sometimes the drinks at the bar in the Chía Lounge took a couple of minutes, but to be fair, there were a lot of people and it’s an all-inclusive resort. Honestly, it never ruined the night. I absolutely loved my stay and can’t wait to come back! 🇩🇴❤️"
