"First of all, this property is gorgeous and set up perfectly, not to mention the private hot tub! My husband and I booked Rivendell Oasis while in Hawaii for the Merrie Monarch Festival and it was nice to have a quiet place to go back to each day after being around a lot of people. It wasn’t so far from downtown to not be able to enjoy a quick meal when we wanted but we also got to enjoy the natural nighttime sounds instead of cars driving by. I loved to just sit outside and listen to the pond (and rain) while reading a book or just watching the lizards and birds.The lovely hosts have the property well stocked with kitchen gadgets for what we needed and more. Lastly, Simon was the sweetest kitty and I melted when he jumped up on my lap and took a nap!"

"Overall this is a great property for a family to stay in. The communication was great and first day visit to explain everything was very helpful. Some suggestions for owner:1) Fan and light fixtures should be changed for convenience. As the fan speed cannot be controlled and light needs be turned on via table lamp.2) For bigger families, it would be great to have standing shower along with jacuzzi. Otherwise, there is only one shower indoors."
