Delightful staff attitude reflected at the well organised breakfast room with a good selection of freshly made items combined with a buffet cooked to order by friendly staff. The 6.00 happy hour with free wine is another bonus and an opportunity for guests to mingle. The underground car park is convenient and has a lift for baggage. "

"Overall good place but issues were as follows: - lockers in room were unusable as the beds backed onto the lockers so you couldn’t actually open the locker doors. This led to major storage issues in the 8 bed dorm and a rather cluttered room. - quite a walk into town compared with other places (I hurt my ankle on a trek though so may have felt longer than it actually was)"

"To put it simply; all the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in through the doors. This one sticks in my mind for being one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The food is excellently, backed up with amazing views. Everything you could want from a stay. "

"Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful. Just a couple of minor downsides - the room service menu was not working through their new online system which they did warn me about, but it took me having to ring up and ask for it to be fixed which could only be done by emailing me a link which...

"It was exactly what we needed.Next time I would choose an apartment with a view.The surrounding area was lovely and a great area to walk.Scenery was beautiful and easy access to airport and town by bus . Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.I would also recommend to friends and family."
