"Spent 4 days here with my fiancé and two friends , and we absolutely loved it, it was so relaxing and refreshing , the property is gorgeous Only negatives i have to say , if youre bad at following directions (which i was given) you end up on a very hard to pass road and will likely get stuck if you dont know what youre doing .. if you follow the owner directions properly you get a very easily passable road (like i said , my fault not theres but just for anyone in the future that makes the same...

"We absolutely loved how beautiful this little cabin is. Loved sitting on the front porch drinking my coffee in the mornings and listening to the birds chirp. This place is so peaceful and relaxing. Barbara was a wonderful host and came over to check to see if we needed anything. Great location to visit all the local towns around the area and only 30 minutes from the Byrd visitor center and Shenandoah national Park. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was perfect for my four year old son and my stay. We were able to easily walk to the white oak canyon trailhead which was our goal. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing fancy, just country living. We went out to eat at Graves mountain lodge as well as the Bavarian Chef, and recommend both of them. "

"One (probably the smallest) of several lodgings on the property. Overall, a pretty cool place to stay. The whole unit has a subtle sway to rock you to sleep. Personally, I loved it. We stayed in 90 degree weather and the A/C was a LIFESAVER. My only real complaint was one of the other guests in the castle kept leaving the common kitchen a bit messy. Thinking about coming back and trying the hobbit house. We pretty much kept to ourselves, but there are plenty of common areas to hang out."

"We had a great time staying at your cabin again. We love playing shuffleboard and sitting on the porch swing chairs. It was a fun and relaxing trip. "

"Our group of 10 senior golfers could spread out and enjoy the rec room, living room, and cooking amenities for our annual four-day trip. We cooked breakfast each morning, golfed all day and returned after dinner to relax The hot tub and out side sitting areas saw plenty of use. Looking forward to our next visit!"
