The staff was unusually friendly and accommodating. I’ve never met such friendly people behind a hotel desk. The full English breakfast was also a plus.

Beautiful property to walk around and sit outside for drinks or dinner. I’ll be back again!

Hi..it is a genuine spa-hotel...not a hotel with a spa. Healthy food (but also wine etc..) and it was delicious. Staff and amenities were solid and the rooms were 'fine' nothing over the top...but they do have Elemis lotions and creams in massive containers to use so even if you're not in the spa you feel like you are !!!

They have ac on the rooms where you can change the temperatures. The restaurants around are also great and if you need to use transportation I recommend using A1 Taxi for budget transportation. Overall the workers are nice and if you ever need anything they will help with open arms!

I saw a lot of mixed reviews online... but people need to consider this hotel JUST opened! And, it's opened in an up and coming University neighbourhood... not all the apartments in the area are full yet, and people are still not traveling as much as they used to. Hosts were very welcoming. Room and bath very good. Only negative was the driveway/parking which was rather tight.

The front desk staff was very friendly. She took the time to have a conversation with me as if I was a friend staying with her overnight. As a hotel, you need to stop the attitude of treating your guests like a process but instead, connect with them as a human. The lady with a hijab who checked me in did an excellent job connecting with me. Promote her! She performed very well.

Lovely clean room, good ambient temperature despite the warm weather outside. Really quiet at night time so a good sleep was had. Would recommend to others
