The only let down was the lack of gluten free options on the menu in the restaurant for our evening meal. It took 3 staff for me to explain my dietary needs for coeliac disease before finally being offered an adapted chicken dinner."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from city buzz."

"The room 247 I stayed in was dirty bed mattress was old like lying on old springs. The main complaint was the window there was a safiwire on which I understand but no handle on frame for air in room but most of all a fire hazard as you could not open "
