"The reception staff was excellent, very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet needs some variety. Every day the same. We stayed there for a week, At the end, we couldn't stomach the same stale food anymore. The last three day in the hall leading to our room, there was a big spot on the floor that was not cleaned. On our last night, we went to town to experience the 14 of July celebrations at the Eiffel Tower. We returned around 2 AM needing to use the bathroom. My son went ahead and use the room and I proceeded to use the reception bathrooms. I could not. One of the employes started telling me, very upset, something in French. He talked to fast for my minimal French. I tried to explain to him that I was a guest and told him so in English, French, and Spanish. He continued to speak very fast and upset, so I decided to go to my room and use the bathroom up there."
