"A nice cozy house on 4 floors. Check in was straight forward and the house was clean, comfortable and well kitted out for our stay. Close to the harbour and the house Van Gogh lived in when he was there. Highly recommend!"

"This property has everything you need, all kitchen items available, 2 bathrooms, the downstairs one is small but does the job. Towels provided if you need them, well decorated property with some lovely features. Comfy beds, slept very well. Only issue we had was parking but found a spot within 100 yards every day. Short walk to beach, park and town centre, would recommend and have done."

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

"Great location, near the beach and shops and restaurants! Spacious, light and reasonably priced. Our only issues were small ok ones: - The hot water in the en-suite shower was set at boiling and couldn’t be adjusted. ( When I tried, the whole hot water fixture came off in my hands.) - Although there were teabags and some instant coffee, there was no cafetière which would have been nice. - We were asked to put the bin out . But no way to know which bin belongs to the flat and where to actually...

"Very good house to access, well decorated comfortable & tastefully done …. Close to main amenities & parking good all things considered.. the area etc. Comfortable beds & linen, good size bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with easy to use appliances. All in all we had very little fault to find…. It’s a thumbs up from us, and we would definitely use again. Host & Stay we’re excellent throughout the organisation & follow up."

"This house is beautiful with lots of original features. It is absolutely spotless which is very impressive for a house with so many intricate features. I don’t think the photos really do it justice. The views are stunning, and the location is great. We had a great time here with my parents and son. The games room in the basement is a good bonus."

The location is perfect for anyone visiting Margate as you are a short 15min walk away from the train station and right in the old town centre next to great coffee shops, restaurants and more. It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate.
