"This definitely felt like a five-star experience. The upgraded deluxe room was more like a junior suite. The bathroom was awesome - shower wet room and tub with neck pillow. They have courtesy shoe shining, I put them out in the hall and they were literally done in 10 minutes. The staff was fantastic. Taipei is very hot this time of year and they had water at the front door that was flavored with fruit - grapefruit, lemon and lime. They also had filtered cold water stations at every floor by the elevators so you can refill water bottles. The rooftop terrace was okay; fitness room was nice. My wife is a Francophile and ate at the French restaurant and said it was as good as anything she's had in Paris - many places in Paris don't serve souffles anymore because it requires a special oven and their souffle was phenomenal. Overall a very nice property and a fantastic value - we paid $152/night."
"Extremely clean room and great waitstaff, the breakfast options are great. Room furniture is modern as well. Great location close to the subway station. Would come back again."
"Impressive interior, rooms are clean and incredibly spacious, service is outstanding!
Wish I had more time to use the amenities but it was a nice comfortable stay either way! It’s located right next to an MRT station which was really convenient!"
