"Very good parking, lovely staff and excellent food "

"Very clean room with an amazing view. Right on the river and over the bridge is straight into town. Loved the balcony bar, drinks were a little expensive in hotel but the view made up for it. Pool and hot tub were very clean a little dated but didn’t matter. Bed was so so comfy and room was always warm and very Cosy. Reception staff always there for anything needed. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back "

"The property is already known for excellent food. This was the first time I had stayed there and I wasn’t disappointed. The room had been recently upgraded and the shower was fantastic with high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast wasn’t included but I was delighted I paid for it. Quality, hot, delicious breakfast. It’s a good idea to offer two sizes of breakfast, regular and large. I also ate there in the evening and again the food was delicious . All the staff were welcoming and really looked after me. I will be back. "

"From start to end of stay, the staff were excellent, knowlegable, respectful and always happy to be of assistance. The food was delicious, large portions and the beer was very good. Wonderful town to easily walk about. High social consciousness w several charities highlighted. Room was exactly as described, clean, spacious and the bed/pillows super comfy. Highly recommend."
