"Needed two rooms in a central location - and this was perfect, both the location and excellent value for money. Rooms were comfortable, good TV. Staff helpful, breakfast good, nice small bar. We usally choose at least 4 star, but due to needing two rooms and a good location and a budget to work to chose this hotel rated 3 star, but we weren't disappointed at all. We would absolutely stay there again if visiting Bruges - it's actually hard to imagine a hotel better located"

"Having staying there last year, we had the coldest two days of the year, the property had no heating or hot water. A heater was not provided. (issue) no reception to speak too. Hey ho, we decided to stay again, knowing that problems do arise. We were staying this time for 4 days 3 nights. we had no kettle, iron. cups ect, The tv was not working, and we could not get to speak to anybody, the reception was closed. we sent an email to the booking company to pass to the hotel, with NO reply. "Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The room were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and quick to offer tips on what to do around the city. There was kids playroom that kept our kids entertained for a bit. They also have an outdoor play area, which was a win in my kids' eyes. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit Bruges in the future. "

"The property was overall good. There was however a sewage odor that was there persistently, near the elevator and the stairway. Some days worse than others. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Bathroom was huge. Housekeeping came daily! "
