"We arrived at your Hotel to find we were at the wrong one & your staff directed us to the one we were booked at witch we were thankful ! The hotel we were booked at turned out to be a disgrace & after seeing the room & how dirty it was we decided to not stay there & left ! We called your HOTEL to see if at all possible for us to get a room at such a late time & were happy to find your staff (GREAT ALL OF THEM )were great in getting us a beautiful clean & spacious room !!!! For sure we will tell any & all where to stay when going to Red Deer in the future....Thanks Again to all the STAFF for making our stay in your city pleasant !!!! "

"The Staff is great. The rooms are big , quiet , clean to my standard which is pretty ocd . Beds are super comfy . the whole building as far as ive seen is kept Nice . I have so far enjoyed my stay everytime i have decided staying at this location . They must be doing something right ;) "
