"We arrived at your Hotel to find we were at the wrong one & your staff directed us to the one we were booked at witch we were thankful ! The hotel we were booked at turned out to be a disgrace & after seeing the room & how dirty it was we decided to not stay there & left ! We called your HOTEL to see if at all possible for us to get a room at such a late time & were happy to find your staff (GREAT ALL OF THEM )were great in getting us a beautiful clean & spacious room !!!!
