"Amaya upon checkin was fantastic!!! Great customer service and professional!! Keep her!!! The night clerk was absolutely horrible!!! She was angry and nasty, she actually said all your other staff was new and didn’t know anything. I refused to deal with her and decided to wait till daytime staff came in to finalize my 2nd nights stay. Breakfast attendant was great!"

"Netflix was not available on the TV although it had a designated button on the remote. Staff advised it just wasn’t working and nobody there knew how to fix it. No plastic bags in trashcans made it difficult to handle smelly food scraps after food delivery. Requested view of Bay room and got the parking lot. Parking fee was not mentioned in room quote or booking receipt…it was $20 and no available street parking nearby. Price was affordable for the area though."

"I did not like that I had to pay for parking after already paying a $400 deposit for a few days stay did not get deposit back because it paid for room service plus, I paid extra $69 it was not explained to me that I would out my deposit I would have paid a different way. I did not like room service overpriced for little amount of food although the pizza was really good and enough. "
