I opted to pay at check-in when I booked and we were just a few hours away from arriving the hotel. It was extremely rude and unnecessary and put a very negative view on the staff. To make matters worse the did not have the air conditioning on in the two rooms and both were well above 80 degrees upon check in. The location was fine, easy to walk to and access, and things were clean. "

And the property is very clean. The location is right downtown Oceanside in very close proximity to the pier, the harbor, the beaches, and entertainment, and food all within walking distance."
