"Fantastic "

"The property and stay was great. My problem was that I booked a stay(prepaid)through Expedia for the wrong day (May 17) asked Expedia if they could just change to the correct day (May 19)they said I would have contact the hotel, the number on the Expedia site was not valid, I emailed them, they sent me back to Expedia. Expedia said that it was up to the hotel. Back and forth! Never got a resolution. Ended up booking for the correct day and just loosing the $200 I already paid "

"Overall, great. Two issues: 1-Little to no options for tv viewing in room. 2 - VIP benefits should be more substantial and explicit. Customers shouldn’t have to ask for them or be made to feel awkward for asking for them. "

"The staff for dining made this stay. Travelling with children can be hard at times. They made such an effort to make our Son feel seen and happy. Its all we heard about after our stay. The food, the rooms were great but the staff friendliness would make us return again and again."
