"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for Schaffhausen as it is opposite the station and adjacent to the old town. Everything is walkable and the Rhinefalls are easily accessible by train. The room was very quiet and well appointed.Breakfast was fabulous. Really wish we had stayed another night as the stay was so pleasant. Especially the little birthday surprise at breakfast. Wonderful!"

"Stayed 4 nights in new section, nice large bathroom and bedroom, bed large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet nice. Didn’t have car and 25mins walk to tram that takes you in to strasbourg city. One resturant at gates entrance but not open every day, so had to walk into small town from chateau. Not good walk back at night after restaurant in dark. Beware teens on motorbikes riding around park grounds,no security and felt unsafe."

"I stayed in Cologne for 3 nights and the hotel is situated in a very convenient location where there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It’s around 15 min walk to the Central train station which is great to walk as long as it’s not raining. I love the shower which is very modern with the buttons installed to turn the shower on/off. The only thing is, AC isn’t strong enough and not sure if it’s a common thing in Europe. "

"Beautiful property. Restaurant was great. All staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem we had to leave for airport at 4:30 am. I did not want to stand at train at that hour of the morning so need to call taxi. Shuttle service did not start til 6:00am. I was not aware of that"

"I had what was classed as a basic room however I wish all basic rooms were this comfortable. It was large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The desk was large and equipped with nearby power. The WiFi was excellent in the room and throughout the complex. The bathroom was the highlight. Large Bath, great water pressure and good hot water temperature. Room also had an Nespresso machine and provided two capsules per day. Free bottle water. I really enjoyed my stay here"

"Very nice room and very comfortable bed. Service was good too. Our booking stated free parking included, however on arrival we were informed that it was subject to availability. Luckily we got a parking slot, but could have been a big hassle and disappointment otherwise after a very long trip. Should be clear upon booking. All in all, nice stay, would book again. "
