"Staff is what makes the stay superb! Good location although you might expect traffic within the area during rush hour which is typical in BKK. Very good breakfast selection although same exact dishes everyday which can be boring for people staying for long period like me I stayed for 2 weeks and it was same dishes everyday for breakfast but there was a variety and options for everyone. Rooms / Suits are very spacious but furnitures can be refurbished. Overall it was a great stay but small details can make it a perfect one."

"Second stay at Oriental Heritage, and the experience held up. Got a quiet room this time, well away from any street noise, which made a real difference. Staff were helpful and attentive, same as my first visit. For the price, it's hard to beat, especially if you're a solo traveler planning to spend time around the riverside. The location works in your favor if that part of Bangkok is where you actually want to be. Would happily come back."

"We stayed in iSanook Hotel for a second time because we really like this place! The service provided by the staff is above everything!!! The amenities like a small but excellent restaurant (many option breakfast), great pool, rooftop hot tubs, living room and kitchen area and the lemongrass water in the reception to help with hydration. The location is very well with access to many stations & river front within 10 to 15 minutes walk. Also, real life back ally streets around the hotel that allowed us to connect with locals : street fruit vendors, street food restaurants, laudry lady, local stich shop, hairdresser, ... infinite possibilities to be real :) "

"Disappointed with Hari's Bar, t says buy one get one free but it doesn't state only on selected items. Club lounge needs to change the cocktail selection from time to time. Bakery is very disappointing. Used to go there especially for their Chicken pot pies and fruit danish but that has now stopped."

"The staff which was so helpful they are truly outstanding. The food has always been just perfect 100% of the time and the position by the river is just unbeatable. There is a wonderful spa and gym part and we had complementary meditation lessons and water gymnastics by the pool. I can’t wait to get back soon."
