"The staff were very attentive. Mobile check in was a breeze and they had a crib ready for our baby within a few minutes. Happy hour in the mezzanine was a great addition with 2 free drinks and some snacks, but be quick the lines can get long fast. Pool was a little on the cool side but very refreshing and towels were supplied. Shower pressure in the room was a little low but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites River North"

Hotel is in a great location in River North area with an excellent restaurant and bar off the lobby and short walking distance to many other nice restaurant options. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff are polite and very helpful service. I’ll return again! Thank you!"
