"Stayed here for 2 nights and wish we had made it 3. Would highly recommend this place. We were blown away by the warm reception we received. The breakfast offer was also a pleasant surprise. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you into Venice. Don’t drive into Venice - parking is ridiculously expensive and not conveniently located. "

"We did get hit with a charge for our service dog when checking in. It seemed like it was a problem? The housekeeping staff loved our dog and were very nice. It's a rustic building for sure, but was nice."

"What makes the big difference here is Sandra, wonderful woman that takes care of every little detail of your stay here. The room is big, cozy, clean and comfortable. Located in the country of Mirano but not to far away from Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, gas station, you name it, and if you are planning to go to Venice (Venezia) the train station is close, you can drive or take the bus there. "Super nice camping spot! The advertisement is a little misleading, I wasn’t sure what I had booked until I got there. Staff was friendly and the whole campground was clean! There was also a bus stop right outside of the campground which took us to the center of Venice which was so helpful. Would recommend for a short stay outside of Venice :)"

"This is such a great place to stay!! Yes it seems old but well taken care of. We had a canal view room with a balcony, it was a winner!! The room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful with the luggage. Breakfast wasnt too bad either, could be a bit better but still great. Had good variety but quality was a bit low. AC in the room could use a repair, at some points it wasnt cold. Wifi was great. Location was very convienent, right next to the train station which meant we didnt carry any luggage upany stairs. We walked everywhere from that location, lots to see."
