The location is impeccable, only ~4 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge on a quiet street in San Marco, and ~20 minutes to most of the places we visited in Venice. "This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. "Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, auch ist immer jemand erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchen sollte. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und fleißig. Alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sei es der dazugehörige Strand oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Der Ort selber ist ziemlich ruhig, die Atmosphäre drumrum sehr familiär und gemütlich. Es war ein sehr entspannter Kurzurlaub mit Familie und Hund. "My husband and I were looking for accommodations near Venice that would not break the bank. Camping Fusina provided us with easy on the wallet accommodations that were a seven minute walk to a water taxi that got us to Venice in 20 minutes each day. We rented a private camper "trailer", and were just a little surprised that it shared a wall with other campers. (Think townhouse trailer.) This wasn't such a big deal but it's worth noting that whenever the people next door moved around it did...

"Super nice camping spot! The advertisement is a little misleading, I wasn’t sure what I had booked until I got there. Staff was friendly and the whole campground was clean! There was also a bus stop right outside of the campground which took us to the center of Venice which was so helpful. Would recommend for a short stay outside of Venice :)"

"We got to check out Mira and Dolo- we really loved this town right next door. The Villa was large and very spacious, the extra beds in both of the apts (2 of four) were really nice! The AC was a nice addition since it was so hot outside. The bus to Venice was convenient - around 30 min in and a little longer on the way home. The Villa was wonderful and I would stay here again!"
