"Rooms are solid, but nothing out of the ordinary. Finding staff willing to provide a good service was the biggest challenge. From getting golf carts to pick you up to follow through on requests, many areas and different people failed to deliver. We booked because las year we stayed at the Playa Mujeres property, and it didn’t live up to that. "

El concierge todos súper amables, te explicaban todo súper claro y te ayudaban con todas tus dudas. No recuerdo el nombre de las chicas pero estuvimos en el edificio 24 y en verdad que su atención fue excelente. El Front Desk igual todos super amables. El Bell boy de nuestra llegada es de Veracruz e igual súper síper amable. Los meseros The Park en especial Jaime otra onda y del restaurante Carnal el mesero Adolfo igual super amable y del Tonino el mesero Basilio fuera de serie nos atendió 11/10. No tengo ni una sola queja del hotel solo que no pudimos estar más días porque en verdad lo vale. Estaremos pronto de vuelta."

"The staff were pretty consistently rude for most of the week we were there. When we would ask for food at restaurants where they were serving at buffets they were consistently rude or acted like we were annoying them or like they didn’t want to be there. It was pretty shocking considering what we paid to be there. We wondered if they were treating us that way because we were Mexican-American and not White. No matter the reason, it was not OK. If you’re looking for a beach, this is not the place for you. The beach is very small, most of it is Rocky, and there was lots of sarga while we were there. We most definitely will never return here."

"The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. "
