"The food is not up to par and not consistent,not much diversity and the taste was not good overall. Difficulties booking a la carte restaurent and beach is a little bit small. The service was very good and the personnel attentive."

"Everything about this hotel was THE BEST! All of the staff was friendly and attentive. They have amenities I hadn’t seen before. The swim up pool on our back patio was so fun. The room was very clean and well stocked daily, they even offer turn down service. Food at every restaurant was SO GOOD! Food allergies? No problem! They will help identify dishes meeting your dietary needs and will even prepare food not on the menu “special” for you in the kitchen. Highly recommend getting a hydrotherapy session at the spa, followed this up with a massage, what an experience! I highly suggest going with “premier”, worth every penny! We will be back!!"

"Rooms were large and spacious. Our bedding had two stains upon arrival. Food was fine but we were disappointed with the restaurant Carnal as food was no up to par. Entertainment was fun. Pool activities were great, loved the lazy river! Definitely need more shuttle vehicles. They were infrequent and not large enough. We were unable to ride around them to check out resort, told must have a destination. Concierge service was excellent. Luis, Yessica, Adan and Alfred were standouts. Food service staff were excellent and attentive. Coffee shops Tostados was slow and had no spoons one day and no cutlery the next day which was disappointing. "

"Room cleanliness and condition were exceptional. Restaurant quality and service was amazing. Breakfast and lunch buffet not my favorite, but better if you go early, food goes fast. Favorite area was the adult only pool area. Loved being connected to Xcaret Park, easy walk. The lush natural habitat and animals was what brought us to this resort, away from concrete Cancun. "

"Las habitaciones no están listas a tiempo. Te la entregan hasta 1 hora y media después. Ir a cualquiera de sus restaurantes es un desastre. No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría. "
