"This hotel's location was convenient, especially if you have a car. Buses are at the front door if you need to get into the city. The hotel itself was pristine, shiny and new. The included breakfast adds to the convenience. Staff were nice."

"Welcoming staff on the front desk and in the bar. Quiet room on the 2nd floor with comfortable king size bed, very nice interior decor but not much of a view other than a building site. Excellent location - just a short stroll to Parramatta’s lively eat street. Parking available onsite for a reasonable fee. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but that is probably a reflection of the hotel’s popularity. Would definitely stay here again"
