very disappointed with front desk, i booked the room with harbor view ( that what i paid ) & the front lady gave me parking lot view. because i checked in late & tired so I don't want to argue with her but as a front desk she suppose to give the exactly what the client pay & i believe theirs already explanation in her computer without client have to ask the room type.

I had a work event that I had to attend on a Friday evening... Instead of driving alway back home to Brooklyn, I decided to get a room and that was the best decision I made... I was able to relax, enjoy the room, get ready calmly and not worry about driving alway home late night...

Great location and facility

Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

Jose was so helpful. Ordered my cab for an early departure and was there early in the morning to help me with my bags into the cab. Great service. I'll stay there again!

We loved our stay! It is such a convenient location to all that New York has to offer in Midtown. The staff was so helpful and everything we needed was always provided. Very comfortable and more room than we expected in the city!

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, but understand it's NYC and parking isn't always convenient.
