"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

"John's VRBO was clean, comfortable and extremely convenient for catching the bus into Port Authority each day. It is probably less than a quarter mile walk up to the bus stop. The bus comes frequently and is very easy to use once you know you are looking for #51, which is not a city bus but apparently a private company. "We went to a show at the Capital Theater and this place was very convenient. Had a nice dinner in walking distance as well. The building is old and kind of gross, but the apartment itself was very nice, modern, and clean."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....
