There was a water shut off but was well signed in advance. Staff were friendly and warm. Helping with an extended check out and printing our boarding passes. Shops everywhere you look. Coffee, pastries etc on your doorstep. Would reccomend to others. Free wifi which is easy to get on to. "

There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. Cleaning staff didn’t come at all during our 3 day stay. "
