"Good place. "

"Originally booked for two nights, had to change it to three nights the night before checking out. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of usb and regular outlets available. Bathroom is a decent size, not huge but by no means cramped. Not much counter space in the room I was inhowever being one person there was enough for me. Multiple non bed sitting options and enough tables to read at one, eat at another, watch tv at another. TV swiveled so could be watched from anywhere in the room. I prepaid for the hot breakfast and I am so glad I did. Its waitress service (remember to tip cash or charge it to your room) 3 egg omelets, French toast, Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, oh my. And it is all made to order. There was also a basic continental breakfast available. There was plenty of parking, and the lot is well lit. My only negative, if you want housekeeping you must opt in by 9am. It is written on the paper they give you with ypur key card, but who really reads that? I did not have housekeeping, however I did ask the desk for someone to empty my trash one day and for more towels and they happily obliged. The hotel is on a little side street with one other hotel but it was easy to find and regardless which direction ypu enter from their is a stoplight for safety and convenience. I already have my next reservation booked for there again."

"The parking situation is awful -- they have room for maybe 8 cars, so often you have to pay for street parking. They surprised me at checkout by charging for the meager parking. The front desk staff were pleasant and tried to help with parking, which was an upside. Reviews also said that a gym was available next door, but that was not the case. Overall, an okay place to stay if you're looking to not pay an arm and a leg, though I was disappointed. "

"At first glance the hotel looked cleaned and maintained once the check-in process was completed the strong smell of cigarette and marijuana clouded the hallways. The smell of smoke was insufferable in the room. We had to request new bedding as the comforter had cigarette burns and the sheet was torn. The staff bought us another that had the same issues. The pillow cases looked dirty and dingy and the pillows flat. We were awoken at 6 am by someone having a conversation right outside our room door and was screaming at the top of his lungs this went on for hours and no staff came to intervene. When we were leaving for check out the man was charging his phone right outside our room door; not sure why since our room had multiple places to charge your phone. 0/10 experience."

"Shout out to the front desk staff, Vincent, Ariel, Allan, Alexa and Miriam at the breakfast buffet For doing such a stellar job Jeannine the night auditor god bless her soul! For our stay at this hotel she was our saving grace. I am in the hospitality industry and I can tell you that when working a unique position that juggles an analytical mindset with consummate professionalism.; the lines between systemic computer software and just being humane get blurred. Jeannine was able to go above and beyond and rectify an issue with a third party app that was my own mistake. The amount of empathy, compassion and intelligence that Jeannine displayed makes me wonder why the Marriot hasn’t put her in a management position. As the Event Operations Manager for Leonard’s Palazzo down the road I will speak to the general manager/ banquet manger and work out a reciprocal arrangement for our wedding guests when they need a block of rooms "

"Front desk gal was overwhelmed and exhausted but very sweet. The happy hour on Tuesdays and Wednesdays was a nice treat and breakfast was fantastic…so many options. The room could use a bit of love and the street noise was not appealing. This was our first stay at this hotel. "

"The pictures looked way different than what I was expecting. It was fine for one night stay but I would not have been happy with over that. I don't find that the pictures accurately showed what we were getting."
