"Goede kamer en badkamer, keihard bed helaas maar wel lekker ontbijt"

"Front desk staff were outstanding most particularly Merel, Carlyn, and Fleur. Convenient to shops and restaurants, walkable, downtown."

"Great location for exploring the waterfront, very nice roof top bar and liked the room with a view that had large windows. Starbucks under the hotel which opens at 8.00"

"Room too Small , Wardrobe very small like a baby room, Fire alarm in my room was Sellotapped (that means not working). Water coming out to the toilet floor during your shower. No kittle , tea , coffee, in the room. Only one Lift working and its takes ages for Lift to come down as everyone waiting for it. Prices of the Room not worth it for the Standard of the Room. Will not be staying in ibis at Rotterdam again. Breakfast same every morning."

"The room was clean and the location was great."

"Front desk staff (especially Naomi & Sylvana) were outstanding, view amazing, convenient to cruise ship terminal, next to river."

"Great!"
