"This is a large, well appointed property in a quiet street. It’s spotlessly clean and comfortable. There are oddities with it (the lounge is unnecessarily split across two rooms, two bathroom sinks are tiny and the kitchen has no casseroles and only 3 forks). A parking permit was supposedly included but wasn’t pinned to the pin board as indicated. Communication with the owner was very bad. Slow at best, non existent at worst. "Dear All, the property is nice. However you have a few issues you need to address. Front door is cracked on inside in several places. Drawings on the only single chair. There is not enough seating area for a family to watch tele. The bed sofa is so uncomfortable. It is very uncomfortable watching tv as there are no arms on the sofa and the chair is so small and uncomfortable. You have no where to place a drink as there are no little coffee tables at all.
