"Wonderful historic Inn in the heart of Rye. Breakfast was top notch and the Inn was splendid. Would stay again. We also enjoyed the bar, the lounges and all the history."

"Probably the most quirky place I have stayed, ( except Frog Manor in Cheshire which I think is now closed ) fab relaxed atmosphere, great English wines, the staff are very helpful 👍"
"Unique old hotel . Bathroom very small for a deluxe room , only a double bed which we thought was odd for a deluxe room .
Nice toiletries and tea/coffee available. Bedding good quality. Very friendly staff .
Noisy location but was a main road so expected . Should have asked for a room at the back .
Would stay again , great location for Vinyards !"

"A beautiful property with quaint gardens within the grounds. Room was for four of us, we had a double bed and a bunk. It was a small room but perfect for us. Bright, airy, and clean with an ensuite shower. Breakfast was included and was a great selection of hot, fresh fruit, cereals with coffee and juices. Would definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommended."
"Very happy with our stay at The Ship. Our room Skye Chardonnay was very comfortable. Our little dog was made very welcome with a gift box of treats a toy and poo bags of course! The Housekeeping staff were very good."
"It was well organised. Staff friendly delux room was nice and clean. Would have been helpful to have a hook or two in the barhroom as nowhere to hang your clothes but thats the only thing."
Lower Standen Farm by Bloom stays that sleeps 24 guests in 9 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"We recently stayed at a Bloom Stays property - Lower Standen Farm, for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding with our close family. The property is absolutely stunning and was beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was particularly well equipped to cater for a large group and having 2 dishwashers was a luxury we didn't know we needed! The communication from Bloom Stays was excellent throughout the process. They gave us a great recommendation for a caterer who came in and cooked a bbq for us all which was just perfect. We also managed to arrange to drop some things off at the property the evening before our booking which made our actual wedding day go much more smoothly without worrying about doing multiple trips. We had beautiful weather over the weekend which meant we were able to make full use of the lovely garden and surprisingly warm swimming pool.We will certainly look to book with Bloom Stays again in the future.Thank you."
Centrally heated 5 star cosy traditionally built Shepherds Hut w/ en suite WC.
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was so elegantly designed, and beautiful, including a sweet whimsy: little Starlights above the bed! Very comfortable bed, great shower, cozy and well appointed. It had a pocket meadow in front, as a shepherd's hut would, the sheep next door baaed cheerfully. Janet has the Most Beautiful Rose garden, and a lovely White garden-- best of both gardening worlds! Janet is charming and caring. It was a lovely place to stay, so close to Great Dixter Gardens! "
"This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "
