"This was our second time staying at the Belleclaire, and once again, our stay in New York was amazing. The location is incredibly convenient—it’s right near the subway, making the entire city accessible. The property is consistently clean and tidy, and the staff are absolutely amazing. Pro tip: Definitely utilize the breakfast coupons, because the breakfast is incredible!
We experienced a major heatwave during our trip, and our AC unfortunately went out. At first, we thought it was just because of the citywide mandate setting ACs to 78 degrees, but we realized in the morning it was actually broken.
The hotel handled it brilliantly. They immediately sent up a technician. When we confirmed later that it still wasn’t working, they moved us to a new room right away. Even though the hotel was completely packed due to the World Cup and the Fourth of July, they gave us a room upgrade at no extra charge. Their quick problem-solving and excellent customer service made a stressful situation seamless. We will definitely be back!"
