Provided you sort all the pre-arrival check in requirements beforehand, it was super easy to gain access and really convenient. Some reviews say that check in was difficult but I imagine these people didn't read the instructions! Just an FYI that it is right in the centre of the cities LGBTQ area if you are staying with family and young children. Short walk to all the metro, bus, and loads around for food / drinks. "

"The location was great. Transportation of using the metro and bus stops was only a 10 minute walk. Boutike Cibeles is situated between a bar and a restaurant so going out to eat was only footsteps away. Carefour the grocery store was a 10 min walk to get supplies to eat in. We walked to the Museo del Pardo, the city center, the Market de San Miguel, and the palace. We only had one full day in Madrid so we squeezed a lot in. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, the linens were great, and we felt safe in the building/room. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back. "
