"Very good hotel in an excellent location from where to get to the cruise terminal in Southampton. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, although a little dated, was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. For a change, the cooked buffet food was served hot on warmed plates. This hotel was excellent value for money and we will definitely return again in the future."

"We don't have breakfast as don't like coffee from the machine, prefer fresh. Vegan dinner from restaurant poor. Like the hotel and location, staff very helpful. Vegan options not enough on menu.parking very convenient."

"We had a Deluxe King Marina View suite #405. The room is gorgeous and the deck is amazing. Wished we stayed longer than one night to enjoy it. Will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Southampton."
