"I was greeted with a welcome cold drink on arrival. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I did have to get a cab from the Airport when i have messaged twice to arrange this. Evidently i should have done it when i made the booking. My room was fine, i had wished I'd booked a balcony room but on hindsight I'm glad i didn’t as the sun was on those rooms constantly and they overlooked the pool. "I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "
