"Good location but lacked a central place to gather at night. I assume as it's a halal hotel. Rooms and facilities good but need upgrading and better cleaning required."

"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...

"Great location for Grand Palace, Khao San road and surrounding attractions. Near river for ferry's. Property is dated and a lot of homeless in the area but felt safe"
