"Hotel was clean, nice area. Parking was expensive but you park in a garage underground and there’s a gate into the hotel lot which is very safe. Bathroom was a little dirty and phone in room didn’t work at all. Staff was very friendly and were readily available."

"Understaffed and unprepared for arriving guest. Tried to check in early at 3:50. Was told by front desk that check in was not until 4 and to come back after 4. Came back at 4:05, and was told the room well be ready in 15 minutes. Came back at 4:35, and the room was still not ready, was told to wait a few more minutes. At 5 I was getting tired of the run around. Finally got our room at 5:10 with no apologie or comp for our time. Could have paid less somewhere else for that kind of service. Never staying at the Marriott again. "

"The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful but that’s where the good comment ends. The property is old, outdated, dirty, run down, dusty and had a funny smell. Oh and did I mention the black mold growing in the shower and the chipped furniture? Do not stay here. Thank you Expedia for expediting the refund. "

"Staff was super helpful & friendly, shuttles were convenient, location close to Universal, everything about our stay was lovely. The only things worth a mention is the overpowering perfume/air freshener spray smell in lobby through our stay and the pillows on bed weren’t the best.. the beds were decent though! "
