Parc 55 San Francisco - A Hilton Hotel

"Extremely well located , I got off at the BART stop on Powell . The hotel looms right over ….two blocks in one direction, you are in the Tenderloin, an absolute no-go zone ….unless you want to witness that , but conversely in another direction you are at Union Square, a prime focal point of the city . The room was immaculate and quite spacious, what one would expect from a prestigious chain . Given that , it is not a boutique hotel by any means if that is what you seek . Very efficient elevator transport , arriving within seconds . I was mostly able to ride alone most of the time which is wonderful. Room card is necessary to gain access to the elevator, another layer of protection . Coffee, mini refrigerator, safe , hair dryer ….all among the room amenities ."

"This is my favorite transit hotel in San Francisco. It is such a pleasant treat to have a hotel that still maintains an onsite, full-service restaurant and bar. The building is well maintained and stylish. The rooms are clean and the amenities are nice. The staff are very friendly and responsive. My only complaint is the morning breakfast service. To me, this is always a very important consideration. Unfortunately, the breakfast service appears to have deteriorated quite a bit since 2025. The buffet selections are fewer, and all of the made-to-order options are gone. I didn't much mind, because my room rate included breakfast. But otherwise, the charge would have been $32 per person! The current product is not worth anything near that amount."

"The room would get very hot and humid, luckily the weather in San Francisco is very nice and we were able to open the windows. The main issue was that there were a lack of outlets in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"I had a great staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The front desk gentlemen made a great suggestion to get their breakfast and snack buffet. That was so worth it, and the food and snack were fresh and pretty tasty. I would be coming back to this hotel."

"The room was clean and had what was needed, but it got pretty warm in the room and there was some hair in the shower when we had arrived. There was only the ceiling fan but no ac unfortunately. The staff were very helpful and nice to talk to! Good breakfast places within the area and a couple liquor/grocery stores within a 5 minute walking distance. my biggest complaint was the parking options around the hotel which there was only one option that had overnight fees of 75-80$."

"A friendly and convenient property at the edge of the financial district and walking distance to Cable Car, BART, Ferry Bldg and Muni routes. The common dining room has complimentary tea and coffee service all day. In each floor there are refillable water bottles with filtered water and amenities like razors and toothpaste Ina self serve honor system."
