We needed transportation from the cruise port to the hotel and they did an outstanding job taking care of all the arrangements! The room was clean and quiet. Love the location! My only complaint is the bed was too firm for us. But everything else was wonderful! "

One complaint was only one, single cup coffee machine in the breakfast room which resulted in a long line and wait to get coffee and chaos at breakfast."

Easy access to public transportation, but also easy to walk to the sights or just to wander down little side canals. But the main draw is the people. They are so very hospitable and helpful and make each visit feel like coming home. "
