"The hotel is is in the central area with main attractions in Venice. It is an old city and the hotel is also old. However, the staff was excellent and extremely helpful. "

"Fantastic location.....great room....and staff was amazing. Only drawback is that it is not directly on a canal but i will trade the quiet for the bustle of a canal. The afternoon tea was an added plus. Oh, one other minor issue. While breakfast was great, scrambled eggs were too runny for my taste. I will never stay anywhere else in Venice. They make you feel at home."
