"Very friendly staff"

"Wonderful gem! We had a whirlwind stay for just 2 nights between docking at Southampton and leaving for Heathrow, but we crammed in a trip to Brighton to see family. The location of the inn was perfect: we could've gone into central Southampton easily enough, and having the train station a few minutes walk away was perfect for getting around. I only wish we'd had more energy and time to hang around the pub some more!"

"Easy check in and room was spacious. We did have the family room for the two of us so I don’t know how spacious the regular rooms are."
