"Hotel staff were exceptional. Check in was fast snd pleasant. The breakfast and coffe was superb! Hot tub not not working which was diapppinting. Not too much to do, but some restaurants within walking. Befs anx pillows were soft and comfortable. Main complaint ix the shuttle driver tried to swing bag into shuttle by the handle and broke it...he didnt seem to car that he broke a 200 bag."

"The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Smiling the entire time and went out of her way to make the check in fast and easy. The best hotel experience I have ever had."
